Welcome to the Stephens Regional SUD Community. Please contact our office by phone -or- you can print out our Feasibility form(s) to begin the process necessary for obtaining new water service. Contact the District office if you need assistance in determining which form will be appropriate for your water service needs.
Please include $150.00 with your Feasibility request for a standard single residential service.
To determine the Feasibility fee for Non-standard requests you must contact the office. Non-Standard fees are variable based on the scope of the project.
